When we were making the test trailer for Behind the Roads, Fay found this streaming platform on Instagram and sent them a message, then pretty much set up a meeting for me with Naomi. I decided during the meeting that I wanted that feature project to be a LesFlicks exclusive. The reasons for this are tribalism and a desire not to be taken advantage of financially. *

The LesFlicks community offers both.

In 2023, Som strongly encouraged me to get this crazy sapphic narrative short organised and finished, and in 2025 it went home to be with the LesFlicksbians (I'm not sure anybody else calls us that...) for the rest of its life.

I love LesFlicks deeply and I'm so beyond proud to have exclusive films with them.

I've witnessed the ups and downs of what it takes to keep a project like LesFlicks thriving, and have been bolstered in my faith that this organisation is running a spiralic marathon.

*Additionally: massive respect for Naomi's Boudicca-like determination. Her vast knowledge, lightning recall, divine accuracy and unflinching leadership.
